Return Process

Securely pack your items in their original, unopened luxury packaging, ensuring the LYMA device or supplements are protected from transit damage.
- 3.Ship to Our Facility
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items to confirm they meet our hygiene standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
